IronScout Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IronScout ("IronScout," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

IronScout is a pricing intelligence and market monitoring service. It is not a marketplace and does not sell ammunition or firearms.

2. Nature of the Service

IronScout provides informational content only, including ammunition prices and availability sourced from third parties, historical price context, and alerts about observed changes.

IronScout does not provide purchasing advice, does not recommend what to buy, does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, availability, or pricing, and does not predict future prices.

All decisions remain solely with the user.

3. No Reliance

Information provided by IronScout is offered "as is" and "as available." You agree that you will not rely on IronScout as the sole basis for any purchasing, legal, or financial decision.

Retailers are responsible for their own listings, pricing, inventory, and compliance.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use IronScout. IronScout does not verify eligibility to purchase ammunition or firearms under federal, state, or local law.

5. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to scrape, crawl, or harvest IronScout data without written permission; reverse engineer or replicate the service; resell or commercially exploit IronScout data; interfere with site operations; or use the service for unlawful purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

All IronScout content, including product normalization, canonical grouping, historical price presentation, alerts, and monitoring logic, is owned by IronScout or its licensors.

8. Affiliate Relationships

IronScout may earn commissions from affiliate links when users click through to retailers. This does not influence price display, ordering, or visibility.

9. Third-Party Sites

IronScout links to third-party retailers. We do not control or endorse those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or transactions.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, to protect the service or enforce these Terms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

IronScout is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IronScout shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Georgia.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
